WHY INVEST IN PROPERTY

Safe Guard and Passive Income

Safe Guard against inflation and able to generate passive income from the rental.
The property can act as a retirement support from the generated income.

Compare to other Investment

There are many forms of investment in the market, Forex,Commodities and etc
Property remain one of the most solid investment as the risk is way lower.

You will still hold on to a physical asset compared to papers or certificate.

Required knowledge to

manage it is quite minimal as stocks and fore require high understanding on the
subject and movements in the market are rarely predictable.....

Choosing the Location
Location is the main concern in securing an investment in property.
Places with public transportation and shopping malls often highly appreciated such as
Bandar
Utama, Midvalley, Bangsar and so on.

People often seek for jobs opportunity first then they will stay in that area to
shorten the traveling time. A place will be fully bloomed will be right after the completion of the shopping malls, schools and public transportation connecting to the city.

As right now more than 60,000 working opportunities in Cyberjaya and people are starting to purchase developments within Cyberjaya. We do see a great potential in the appreciation and bloom of Cyberjaya Township within the next 5 years.

}There are always pros and cons in selecting new developments or existing units, buyer should focus in know what they are more comfortable with as everyone is having a different thoughts for their investment or purchase.
}More and more hot spots are filled up with developments and newer developments often focus in selected points where Government or developers are pushing. Such as Johore bahru and Cyberjaya.

}My advice will be choosing the area which you are comfortable with and you have confident in it. Of course every place will have their appreciation period or points to invest in as we are not making lands anymore.
